I visited Custom Gems while in town for a volleyball tournament the past week. The customer service was beyond incredible. The staff was so helpful and kind I was in heaven while looking through all of their stones for jewelry making. They were actually supposed to close at a certain time and let me stay an additional hour sorting through everything. I would highly recommend! If I’m going through that area again I will definitely be stopping in! Thanks you Custom Gems for such great customer service! You all were amazing!!
The best rough room ever seen. I just love this place. They also have jars that have tumbled stones. These are Bahia agates! I literally dug these out of a 5 gallon bucket in the rough room. Go get some awesome stones. They also have grit, tumblers and polish!
They urgently resized my wife’s wedding band and engagement rings , unbelievably while we waited, and when it came time to pay for their services, he waived at me, and said to have a great weekend. So generous, and kind. I really am a bit late recognizing their generosity. Thank you!

The owners are so very nice! I am a new customer(now a lifetime customer) and both times I have been in the store, they have not just helped me with my needs, they have given me great tips and instruction. Their merchandise is top shelf and they have excellent quality pieces. I have not seen a more fantastic gem, jewelry and tool collection in this region! Thank yall!
