Loved the Energy! I found D1 through WellHub and absolutely loved the functional training. It feels like you’re at a football camp—with rock music, energy, and everyone pushing hard. The small group made it even better since we all worked and challenged each other. Left feeling stronger and totally fired up. Highly recommend if you want a real workout with great vibes!
I first joined D1 Training Centennial Hills after enrolling my two teenage boys, and it’s hands down one of the best decisions I’ve made. The coaching staff and entire team here are top-notch. Coach Zach brings incredible energy to every session and keeps everyone motivated (ladies, he’s also good-looking and single 😉). Head Coach Jordan leads with skill and professionalism—always supportive and making sure you’re moving the right way. Bryce is an excellent manager—smart, professional, approachable, and easy to work with. Philip, the owner, has built something really special here, and Mia at the front desk always greets you with her warm, infectious smile that makes you feel welcome right away. One of my favorite things is the InBody scans—they keep you accountable and show the real progress. Since starting, I’ve lost almost 40 lbs, dropped a significant amount of body fat, and gained muscle. The program works, and the coaches keep you consistent. If you’re looking for a place that feels like family, pushes you every day, and delivers real results, D1 Centennial Hills is the spot!
Walking into D1 Centennial Hills, the staff greets you by name and a smile making you feel welcomed. Coach Jordan and Zach do an AMAZING job adapting class to ALL fitness levels while still encouraging you to do more to reach that next level. It's pretty masterful. Workouts are filled with positive energy in which everybody encourages one another making it truly feel like a fitness family. Initially, I was hesitant to sign up. Now, my only regret is not signing up sooner!
I really enjoy the staff and the trainers at D1 Training Centennial Hills. I always get a good workout in with each and every visit. I was super inconsistent with my attendance over my first year, but we just started a 6-week adult challenge and over Week 1, I made it into the gym 7 times over six days. My body feels amazing, and I’m slowly getting more limber. My core feels activated all the time now and I always walk out feeling stronger and more energized than when I walked in. Clean facility, brand new equipment, filtered water station, well stocked bathrooms and even amenities like complimentary hair ties and tampons for those who need it. So convenient to where I live and work. Right off the Craig Rd exit off the 95 Freeway. You can tell that most of the adults are highly motivated people who were fit at one point in their younger lives and looking to get back into the swing of things. I highly recommend this fitness experience to anyone who is looking to get their fitness back. They also have specialized training programs for youth and student athletes. Adult classes are available 3x daily on weekdays and 1x on Saturdays. Very convenient for my work schedule to make it in either first thing in the morning or at the end of my work day.
D1 Training Centennial has truly changed my life. The facility is always spotless, the staff and trainers are ready to help, and the weights seem to call your name. At 35, I was feeling sluggish and unmotivated, so I gave the free class a chance—and I never looked back. Since joining, I’ve shed 15+ pounds of fat and gained 15+ pounds of muscle. I now receive endless compliments at work on my changed physique and demeanor, and my max lifts have increased exponentially. I come here after work every day; this place has become a second home and a second family. If you’re on the fence, try the trial class—you won’t regret it. Thank you, D1!
