I found Dae Gee via TikTok a few weeks back. Today I decided to stop in on a whim. Upon our first visit I have to say. It was so good! I have been only to a couple K-BBQ places around San Antonio. So I won't say I'm an expert. But I loved the whole experience of it. The meats we tried from the Unlimited Menu were really well marinated and the meats were all very tender and easy to eat. The sides they gave us with it were very good too with the exception of the kimchi. For my personal taste it was too vinegary. But besides that I loved the ambiance of the place. It's very family friendly and our server Gaby C. was absolutely lovely. Very attentive and helpful all throughout even making helpful suggestions on how to cook the meats. I will admit this is a little bit on the pricey side but I think it's comparable to other K-BBQ, also they do have some daily specials to take advantage of that are worth looking at. Overall I would highly recommend this place if you're looking for a fun night out with friends or family.
We had a really great experience. The prices were fairly good, and the menu had a great quantity of options with really tasty food. When we first got seated, our waiter Jacob was very nice and super helpful. He took the time to explain what they served, the sauces, and all the sides so we knew exactly what to expect. I even got to meet the owner, which was really cool — he came by to check on us and make sure everything was going well. Overall, the experience was good. The people were extremely nice, helpful, and made the whole visit feel welcoming. Definitely a spot I’d go back to! 🍽️🔥
Overall our first time ever coming to DAE GEE was absolutely amazing. When we first walked in the staff was very friendly and the smell of the food cooking how does eager to eat. The food is of high quality and our server Gaby was great in exposing to us the menu and giving us options since it was our first time there. We will certainly be coming back since the beef short ribs were so juicy
We stopped by Dae Gee Korean BBQ about an hour before closing and still had such an awesome experience. The food was delicious — everything was super fresh and full of flavor. Our waiter Jacob was amazing! He was so friendly, attentive, and made sure we were taken care of the entire time. Even though it was late, he never made us feel rushed and kept such a great attitude. You can tell he really cares about giving guests a good experience. We’ll definitely be coming back — highly recommend!
Made reservations for a large party on a Saturday night. Table was ready when we arrived, but they moved us to a larger table when noticed it was a little crowded. Ordered a few drinks while debated on our options. Finally decided to get the Swine Dining All you can eat special as the break even point was reasonable. They immediately started bringing out the Banchan and a good portion of all the included meats. They continuously came around to ask which meats to refill. After awhile, they even changed the grills once they become too dirty. Meats were of good quality and well seasoned. The All you can eat was a good value and will come back again.
