Daffy Ducks came and did my duct work which needed to be cleaned badly. They did a great job and there was some small issues that Justin Tarr the owner call me back about and handle in a quick and professional manor. I highly recommned them for your duct cleaning. They are great at customer servive and following up. They also explanined the process and answered any questions I had.
Jose and Daniel did an amazing job cleaning my ducts, and were extremely helpful. I would recommend them to anyone! The air quality in my home has improved a lot. Bless them!
Andre notified me 30 minutes before arrival giving me time to get my pets safely crated. He explained exactly what he would be doing and how the process of duct cleaning would go and answered all questions I had. He kept me updated as the job progressed and when all was said and done my vents were clean and no one would know there was a workman in the house today. I highly recommend
The technicians Mario and Daniel were both thorough and extremely knowledgeable. They walked me through every step of the process and provided clear before and after photos to show the results. Their attention to detail and level of service went far beyond what I’ve experienced with other companies. Mario took a step further by assisting with installation of 6 remaining vents that was difficult to install. I asked for his help and he answered the request without any hesitation. Mario such a nice young man and definitely a plus as an employee for Daffy Ducts. I will be requesting him for any future service requests.
