This is the second time I’ve taken one of our cars through this car wash and just on the driver side tire shine is squirted on my tires, which then slings it all over the side of the car and it takes forever to get that crap off my car I’m not paying for a car wash service That then makes me have to clean up a bunch of greasy tire shine off the side of my car. Worse than that is every time I call the phone is busy like they keep the phone off the hook. I’ve emailed them through their website with no replies. A car wash that I used to appreciate has turned to crap.
Tay was super sweet and great my first time at this car wash. The unlimited monthly car wash is such a great deal. I come here often.
I have been taking both my cars to this car wash for about two years, always had some issues with too much water left behind, but acceptable for a drive thru wash. However , this time the rear bumper was scratched! (See photo)The bad part of this was the wash will not pay to have it removed.Can’t express how disappointed I am with their decision. Not the honorable way to take care of (former) loyal customers. ☹️
