Dave & Buster's in Port St. Lucie is fun overall and does what you expect. The games are plentiful, the atmosphere is lively, and it's an easy place to spend a couple of hours playing games, watching sports, and grabbing drinks. When it's not overly crowded, it can be a good time. That said, the biggest issue for me is accessibility. The main entrance does not seem very handicap friendly. To get inside, you have to go through two sets of doors. The first set are heavy, manual pull doors with no push-button or automatic opener. The second set are sliding doors like you'd see at Walmart, which are fine, but you still can't reach them without first getting through the manual doors. If you're in a wheelchair or have limited mobility, that first set of doors could be a real obstacle and feels like an unnecessary barrier. Inside, the layout is mostly manageable, but the entrance alone leaves a bad first impression from an accessibility standpoint. For a large, modern entertainment venue, this feels like something that should have been addressed. Overall, Dave & Buster's is entertaining and has plenty to offer, but the lack of proper handicap-accessible entry knocks it down to three stars for me. Hopefully this is something they improve, because it's a pretty important detail to overlook.
Thank you! From our local office of Rocket PC, we had our Holiday Office Party here for lunch and everything from the food, games, and services was amazing. Highly recommend! Emily R. was extremely pleasant and helpful from start to finish to ensure we had all out expectations met. All the staff is professional, and we never had any issues. Treating our team members with good games after the great food really lifted everyone moral.
Had a lot of fun Friday, mid- day. We basically had the place to ourselves. Inquired about football on the tv's on Sunday and the answer wasn't great. Booo. Other than that, food was ok. Service was good. Bloody Marys were delicious. I'd definitely go back during the day when kids are in school.
Stopped in on a Sunday night, just wanting a descent meal. The server was friendly and attentive. The place was very loud, even with not many people there. The noise was to be expected, no complaints with that. The food was horrible. The salad looked nothing like the picture in the menu and even worse the lettuce was wilted. Although the hamburger looked good, the portion was just small. We did not complain, we just won't be back.
