I have yet to review this Dave and Busters. We've been frequenting this location a couple times a week for the past few weeks. Whether it's to take my daughter to the arcade the weekdays or weekends I have her or to go on a little fun date with my fiance it's generally been a good experience. However tonight after playing games for about an hour we went to the host stand and got a table, so my daughter and I could have dinner while we were out. We got sat at 7:03pm. Mind you the restaurant was not very busy with an eight top and a six top actively leaving, but only a few couples and one family that were either eating or waiting. I patiently waited and tried to look around to make sure staff knew we were waiting once it had been 15 minutes. Our table hadn't been touched or is spoken to beyond the host sitting us at this point. Around the 20 minute mark I walked out and told the host to take us off the rotation. I can't believe how there is no attention paid on a Saturday evening. I'm sure they'll get busy later and I certainly understand gearing up mentally for the rush since I was in the industry for over a decade. Managers and floor staff standing by, leaning, and chatting all the while customers are waiting to even be greeted.
Love Dave and Busters! Super expensive tho, can't get a card with less than $25 on it. Great food.
Absolutely a pleasure to visit! First time at this location and could haven't asked for a better fit! My server was very kind and the environment was full of excitement. I definitely will be returning. Best stop for a meal and some games, was even able to redeem points for food and drinks too. Price was very reasonable for what I got to do. Spent a few hours here, and didn't wanna leave.
I’m honestly pretty upset and disappointed. My boyfriend and I went to have some fun before the work week starts. We went 10/26 (Sunday) under the impression that drinks are $5 and 1/2 game play. I can give some grace with the gameplay, as we purchased the 90 minute unlimited play for $50 and some change. Just beware when purchasing this that there is a LIMIT OF 1500 TICKETS. If you are looking to rack up some tickets to then use in the gift shop, this is not the option you want to take. The unlimited game play is truly just for playing games and having fun. They have added a few new games which is nice, and the games are pretty fun no matter what. When it comes to the $5 drinks, we were bamboozled. We asked the bartender what drinks were $5 tonight and he gave us a very broad answer of “margaritas”. You could say it was partially our fault for not asking further info, but when you hear margaritas you just assume that it is any and all margaritas on the menu. We ordered the pink patron margarita, and the million dollar margarita. Both tastes like straight tequila, and then we got our tab back at $40. My boyfriend and I looked at each other with this face of distraught. We had just asked what drinks were $5, ordered 2 margaritas as we were told those were what was $5 for the evening, and just got a tab for two drinks coming to $40, making each drink $20. I stopped a different bartender to clarify exactly what margaritas were included in the $5, he then gave me a better, more descriptive answer. “Pretty much any basic, or frozen margarita. Not the ones under the section margaritas on the menu” I thanked him for letting us know, but wish the original bartender would’ve gave us less of a broad answer so we knew exactly what was included in the deal. Overall we spent $60, yes we had some fun but I always go to stack up tickets and redeem them, or continue using the same card on multiple occasions to get a better reward. $40 for two drinks is insane, especially for it to be just straight tequila in a glass with sugar around it. If i wanted straight tequila I could’ve stopped at the ABC store and grabbed some shooters and called it a night. We will not be returning. Not that a company that is so well known and has made enough money to support a large city if needed, but we truly do not want to give them our business any longer for lack of informing guest on viable information.
First time at this location. People were friendly and it was clean. The games looked well maintained and functioning. Would eat here again. Even though it took over an hr to get wings.
