Great service. Mr Carter explained his service plan, answered all questions and did excellent work. His assistant, Ray was very considerate and the two worked well together. Highly recommended.
We are very disappointed about the services Tyler Legrett provided. He was not truthful and lied to us that he installed a new circuit breaker and labeled it for us. The fact is he did NOT install the circuit breaker and label anything. Instead he reused the existing one and wired incorrectly. His performance is sloppy and messy. He didn’t install the blades correctly, didn’t ask the height of the fan before even cut the wire and saying this is not adjustable. We wish we could have an honest electrician who has more experience and good work ethic.
Always happy with David Grays service professionals. Tyler was another that did an exceptional job. He answered all my questions with detailed answers. Tyler's knowledge and professionalism was evident in the finished project and was completed timely. Thanks again Tyler.
David Gray as a company was very responsive and competent. Jacob, the electrician, was very good in terms of finding the best solution to achieve the goal for an outdoor kitchen. He provided high quality work and had a “Can Do” attitude. I would highly recommend this company.
This is the first review I’ve ever done, but I had to. I picked them not because of their price. I received lower quotes for sure but their reviews were scary and I didn’t want to have a bad experience. So I picked David Gray, who accommodated to my work schedule. I had one day off and the work was going to take two separate days and instead they sent two crews who handled the panel change and the upgrade to 200 amps. They went above and beyond to accommodate. Also, Andrew K. and his crew were super talented and organized. I will use them for any other electrical work that I may need. Sometimes going with a low cost quote doesn’t mean you are getting a deal. Better to have professionals handle all this type of work. For a day before a holiday (thanksgiving) they were awesome.
