Today was my first experience at David Reynolds Jewelry. I sold and purchased items. The process was smooth and our associate Sherry was great. She was knowledgeable, professional, and so friendly. I highly recommend and look forward to going back in the future.
Today I went into David Reynolds and had the best experience. Valerie and Sean were both incredibly patient and took the time to walk me through my options for resetting stones from a bracelet to a ring, explaining the entire process clearly and thoroughly. I never felt rushed (regardless of how many times I flipped what I wanted to do), and their pricing was extremely fair. I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking to reset a piece of jewelry or work with knowledgeable, trustworthy jewelers.
All encounters at David Reynolds have been relaxed and cordial. All public facing experiences have been friendly whether getting eye glasses repaired, viewing jewelry for purchase, purchasing silver rounds at very nominal premium or simply making jewelry / coin related inquiries. David Reynolds is my "GoTo" resource!
If I could give more stars, I would. Sean is a magician! True artist and wonderful person with which to work. My Mother's wedding ring is now more beautiful and the diamonds are safe and secure. Love it!! Thank you.
Thank you Sherri. I bought a new watch and it came with the bracelet off. I have the hardest time installing bracelets, lining everything up perfectly. She had me in and out within just a short time. I’ve been dealing with David Reynolds for over 10 years. They are the best in the business.
