Jeremy and Shaun did a fantastic job fixing my plumbing issue! They arrived early into their scheduled block of time, explained the problem and how they were going to fix it, finished quickly whilst doing the job properly. Highly recommend. Very professional!!
Jeremy (and the crew from UTBM) is deserving of MORE THAN five stars! We dealt with three useless and unreliable plumbers before having the privilege of finding Jeremy. We had a water line break under our house and were desperate for a plumber to perform the repairs. Jeremy was empathetic and went out of his way to immediately visit our home to assess the situation (in the middle of an overbooked day - the week before Christmas). Jeremy was super knowledgeable, clearly experienced, and determined to get our issue resolved as quickly as possible. He offered reassurance and guided us on what we could expect before he was able to perform the repairs. Jeremy showed up when expected, he was professional, his crew was efficient, and he personally performed the work which allowed us much-needed peach of mind. We highly recommend Jeremy (UTBM) for all your plumbing needs. Under no uncertain terms... he will be our plumber for life!
Jeremy was awesome! Everything was backed up. He arrived on time, and completed huge job within hours, even came back the next day to install piping. You can count on this wonderful plumber who has 26 years of experience!
Cory and Artie came in on time, very respectful and courteous. They were open to discussion, questions about what was going on with the plumbing. They covered everything up so that dust particles would not get anywhere else in my home. They cleaned up behind themselves which is a plus for me because I’m very clean. I really did appreciate them, they took care of the situation in the kitchen pipe, drilled, and poured cement Down where they open the hole. Cory and Artie I just want to say thank you for going above and beyond and I would recommend this company to always come out and service my home. Job well done 👌🏾👍🏾 A+
Dynamic Home Services exceeded my expectations by far. They were dispatched for an emergency call to my address, and they came without haste. Upon arrival, they immediately started working, assessing the issue and developing their plan of action. During the course of their correcting the problem, another preexisting problem was unveiled. They immediately called this in and expressed the need for this problem to be immediately rectified. Because they weren't dispatched for such a large job, they did not have the materials with them. They created a new service ticket for the very next morning and told me they would be there first thing. They arrived as promised, completed a big job in just a short amount of time, checked to ensure there were no more hidden issues, and were on their way. I would definitely recommend Dynamic Home Services and if/when it is needed, I would use them again.
