Dr Parks and her assistant Ashley were highly professional and immediately gained my trust. Administering the local anesthetic was painless. Every step of the three hour crown and filling work done was excellent and I left without any pain. I highly recommend Dr Parks and her team. Also they are very cordial and nice to be around, which I really appreciate!
I have been seeing my hygienist, Linda for the last several years. She is an exceptional professional, methodical and thorough. Linda has really made a big difference in my periodontal care. I have complete confidence in her to address any concerns I have. I know i am in good hands with her every time. I would recommend her, and have, to many friends and colleagues. She is simply the best there is!
Dental Partners of Boston is an exceptional practice, largely because of its outstanding clinicians. Dr. Frydman, Dr. Mujica, and Dr. Guzman are truly amazing—highly skilled, thorough, and genuinely caring. They take the time to explain procedures, answer questions, and ensure you feel comfortable and confident in your care. The clinical experience itself is consistently excellent and absolutely top-tier. Linda is also hands-down the best dental hygienist. She is thorough, gentle, and incredibly professional, making every cleaning a great experience. That said, the check-out experience does not consistently match the level of care provided by the doctors. There often seems to be confusion or lack of clarity around scheduling, billing, or next steps, which can be frustrating after an otherwise great visit. One major exception is Jacob Waxman, who is a standout. Jacob is professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive. He communicates clearly, resolves issues efficiently, and makes the entire process seamless. He truly sets the standard for what the check-out experience should be. Overall, Dental Partners of Boston is an outstanding practice thanks to its doctors, and with more consistency at check-out, it would be flawless. Highly recommend—especially if you have the chance to work with Jacob.
I cannot recommend this dental practice enough. I had a complex case on a front tooth trauma from over 15 years ago. I went to several dental practices to understand the options, and was really pleased with the conservative approach recommended by Dr. Labib and Dr. O’Toole. Each appointment, they have both taken their time helping me understand all options, risks, alternatives, etc. I am already so happy with the results achieved. All of the staff here are incredibly professional and friendly. 10/10!
