Delaney is the best. I have been going to her for awhile now and she has been nothing but genuine inside & out! She has always answered any questions I had and gave me all the details and recommendations. I was happy to finally find someone to commit to instead of going to different people and spots. I love it here....
Been coming to Depil Brazil for a few years now. By far the best waxing place around. I've tried other chains, other small locations etc. and find that the quality of service and products used here, are far superior. The techs are awesome, the staff is always helpful. I never have to wait, meaning they keep their appointments, which, they expect us as clients to do as well. Be warned. But that's all good. Love them, love their subscription plan, for the price I can't get mens services and be this comfortable anywhere else. TY! Depil Brazil for being awesome!!
I’ve been coming to this location for over a year and have had consistently great experiences with all the estheticians who’ve done my waxes. The receptionists are always super friendly. I request Natalia when she’s available because she makes me feel super comfortable and has been doing amazing at helping me shape my eyebrows back to their fullness. They also have products you can purchase which I honestly don’t like, and the staff can sometimes be a bit pushy about purchasing them or prepaying for packages. That said, this is still my go-to place for Brazilian/underarm/eyebrow waxes.
i was really hoping this could be a place i could go to regularly because its so close to my work but i had a really bad experience during my brazilian. delaney, the waxer, kept berating me for not waxing often enough while i was spread eagle on the table and already feeling pretty awkward and vulnerable. she did a great job but i wish she would keep in mind that there are reasons (financial, not enough time) that people cant keep up with their waxes and its part of your job to be understanding about people having a lot of hair. it also just seemed like she really hates her job and clients in general. maybe she was having a bad day. either way, i wont be returning because i feel like my trust was broken
I've been coming here for the past year. They're very professional and clean. Olivia is awesome, deserves a raise. 😉 Made me feel comfortable and did a great job. Would recommend to others.
