Finally the search for a clinic that is using high quality injectables with an expert practitioner has been realised. I’ve been using Botox for about 18 years and was always happy to have my injections right here in Birmingham, that is until about ten years ago when I began to find myself continually disappointed by the results. I went from clinic to clinic trying to recapture the results I’d come to expect in years gone by, but sadly the results continued to disappoint. When I discussed this at my follow up appointment, I was often told things I believed not to be accurate such as “ Botox is less effective as you get older “ or “ it’s because you are over using Botox “, a simple search on google will tell you that the excuses I was given as to why my treatment was disappointing was not accurate. In the end if I wanted an effective treatment, I would have to travel to Manchester or London, it would appear that Botox still worked outside of the Midlands. The good news is, all this was until I discovered Dermoperfection. I can’t tell you how happy I was to stumble across this Clinic when I was with a few friends at the Mailbox. I decided to give it a try and I couldn’t be happier that I did. The results are always great, I am no longer disappointed and I no longer have to travel to Manchester or London to get the high quality results I want. The practitioner ( Stuart ) is excellent, always puts me at ease and more importantly knows exactly what I need for the perfect result. I couldn’t be more happier.
Got lip filler for the first time and decided to come here based on positive reviews. The staff at reception were very polite and very welcoming :) Amy was absolutely incredible! She took on everything I said regards the results I was looking for and made me feel so comfortable, she is an absolute credit to the team!!!
I regularly have my appointments with Stuart, who is highly professional and consistently delivers excellent results. The clinic staff are friendly, attentive, and welcoming, creating a very positive experience each visit. I am extremely pleased with the outcome and would confidently recommend this clinic.
Personal Rejuvenation with Plinest Poynu .What a difference it has made, I have been having this course of treatments over some weeks, with Stewart and i can honesty say I can see the difference that it has made to my skin, it looks fresher and my lines are much more smoother on my neck and under my chin aawell the difference is a amazing. The confidence it has given me. I am 66years young and ladies are saying how lovely I look and how lovely my make up is. It's all thanks to Stewart for his help and advice and care he is such a professional and with his experience it gives you confidence. The staff are always so friendly and professional. Quick and easy booking, as well as many options online to choose your practitioner and view their availability. I usually see Penny for my Botox appointments and always receive a full consultation, friendly welcome and really personalised service. Due to booking last minute, I was seen by Stu who offered the same high level of service that I’ve become accustomed to with this clinic. The treatment is delivered with full consideration of the end result and competitive in cost for the professional service given. Have already recommended to my friends/family.
