My first impression of Desert Diamond was extremely disappointing. While trying to schedule an appointment, I could clearly hear employees using profanity in the background of the phone call. This immediately raised concerns about professionalism. When I asked to speak with a manager to address what I heard, my concern was completely dismissed. I was told that I “must have misheard,” which came across as condescending and disrespectful, as if my concern wasn’t worth taking seriously. Rather than acknowledging the issue or even attempting to listen, I was brushed off entirely. Customer service is often a reflection of a company’s standards, and based on this interaction alone, I chose not to move forward. I expect basic professionalism and respect, especially when contacting a service company for the first time.
Excellent service as usual for the past 10 yrs from Desert Diamond Mechanical. They installed our TraneXV 10 years ago. Seasonal maintenance is performed twice a year and Arturo just preformed our winter maintenance. Pricing for maintenance service is fairly priced and the excellent service have kept our system running smoothly especially during the long hot summers here in Arizona. I highly recommend Desert Diamond, mechanical.
The crew that came to install my mini-split heatpump on a new studio I am building on my property arrived on time and went to work almost immediately. I really appreciated that they asked for my input on various aspects of the install. They were very polite and respectful. They completed the work very efficiently and left the job site spotless. I have had Desert Diamond do other things for me in the past. The prices are great and they do very good work. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs AC work or new installs. Great job!
Desert Diamond replaced two 5-ton AC units for us this week and from start to finish they were straightforward, knowledgeable and efficient. The sales rep Tyler answered all of my questions clearly and took his time explaining his answers. He responded quickly along the way and was a pleasure to work with. The crew on install day were friendly, efficient and did a great job cleaning up after their work. We got four quotes before deciding who to go with and I'm glad we went with them.
Always a great experience! With their annual contract, they make it so easy for me. They call to remind me it's time for service, and always have an appointment available at my convenience. The techs are always super helpful and thorough. I've been through a lot of bad HVAC companies and wouldn't use anyone else.
