I absolutely love this boutique!! It’s a great place to sell or buy. I’ve sold several luxury handbags here and they always have given a fair price with the transaction very easy to do. They have a large variety of designer items from clothing, shoes, bags and accessories all in excellent condition with great prices! The staff members are wonderful! Super friendly and very helpful while shopping around. I highly recommend this beautiful store to everyone!! Beyond 5 stars!!
I shop here for my wife and find very nice designer items here. The staff is exceptional and have always treated me nicely with professionalism!! EVERYONE!! I wish I could write a review on them all. Rachel helped me this past time and was so friendly helpful and polite!! Will continue to shop at this first class establishment!! GREAT DESIGNER PIECES!!
If I could give this place 6 stars I would. The selection of high-end clothing and accessories is incredible. They consistently have pieces from Prada, Louis Vuitton, Hermès and Gucci that you just don’t find in most consignment shops. Nouhaila and Laurie made the experience even better. They were just as excited as I was when I brought up my dream bag and wallet to check out. Their energy and customer service made the purchase feel special. Highly recommend stopping in if you’re looking for luxury pieces at great prices.
Detox is a very beautiful resale boutique. I decided to stop by as I am in the market for a new tote. Pro: Detox has variety of like new to gently used luxury designer brand products available. The cons: no one greeted me when I entered the boutique. However, after browsing a bit someone finally offered “to help me”. Lastly, the prices are barely under full retail price and some are exactly the same. I have the a few items I saw in their inventory and noticed the price was marked relatively close to full retail price. Save yourself the mediocre customer service and buy directly from the brand where the customer arrive is top tier.
