Diamondport was an amazing experience from start to finish. If you’re looking to custom design a ring or purchase an engagement ring, I honestly couldn’t recommend these guys enough. My partner and I first met with Karis to discuss the design and overall vision for the ring. Karis is incredibly talented and helped bring our ideas to life — she even created a CAD design so we could see exactly how the ring would look before it was made. Once the design was finalised, Karis helped me find the perfect diamond. We went back and forth until she found the perfect diamond I absolutely loved, and the whole process was simple, smooth, and stress-free. The team truly knows their craft, and I’m so grateful for the ring I was able to give my now fiancée. Even after the ring was finished, Ashley took great care of us through the post engagement consultation (that’s an experience in itself).Overall, an incredible experience and amazing customer service. My fiancée and I couldn’t be happier with their work 10/10 would recommend to anyone I could. To the team at DiamondPort, thank you so much!
My fiancé and I had a great experience with Diamondport. From the moment we walked in, we felt comfortable and well looked after. We were assisted by Ash who was fantastic. He genuinely listened to what we wanted and took the time to understand our preferences for the engagement ring. Ash was professional, knowledgeable and was never pushy, which we really appreciated. He offered great ideas and guidance without trying to upsell or pressure us. The end result was even better than we imagined - a fantastic, simple yet elegant engagement ring which my fiancé absolutely adores. We highly recommend Diamondport and especially Ash if you’re looking for quality, honesty and a great overall experience!
My husband and I couldn’t be more pleased with the Diamondport team. Ash took his time showing us different rings, and the whole experience felt genuinely personal. We were purchasing my wedding band and engagement ring, along with my husband’s band, and never once felt rushed or pressured. They were more than happy to schedule a second appointment so we could confirm our choices, which made the process feel thoughtful and stress-free. You truly cannot go wrong with this jeweler. Engaged to my fiance with a beautiful custom made ring from Diamondport Jewellers. My experience with Rhys for the post proposal appointment was excellent, he was friendly and detail oriented. As per my fiancé the entire experience from designing the ring has been perfect and we couldn't have asked for better. The free parking is also a perk! Super happy with my ring. Highly recommend!
My whole experience at Diamondport was absolutely amazing. Ash provided an outstanding initial consultation and took the time to show us all the rings we were interested in (yes, we were a bit indecisive because they were all so beautiful!). I really appreciated how Ash respected our culture—our way of doing weddings is a little different from in Australia, and he showed genuine interest in our story. Our rings are absolutely stunning, as you can see in the photos. I especially love the hand carving—it looks so natural and warmer than machine work! As a bonus, my husband and I also loved the ring box. These rings made our most important day even more special. We can’t thank Ash and the Diamondport team enough. Highly recommended!
