Direct Air Conditioning was honestly the best service ive ever had especially thanks to Alain Crespo what really stood out from him was his honesty and professionalism . He answered all my questions, gave helpful maintenance tips, and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. If you’re looking for an AC technician you can trust, Alain Crespo is the one. I would absolutely use his services again and recommend him to anyone.

He showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and explained everything clearly without trying to upsell or confuse me. The work was done efficiently and with great attention to detail, and my AC has been running perfectly since.
My Technician was Alain Crespowith. He was absolutely knowledgeable, informed and put my mind at ease about the Thermostat. There was no problem with it and he gave me advice on how to manage it daily. I truly appreciate he work which has been consistent with excellence
I thought the technician, Ruben, was kind and professional. And honest. Can't say the same for the company as I shopped around and got a rate half as much for the same exact service they wanted to perform on my AC unit - which is only a few years old. I got the sense they were more interested in charging me extra to induce me to change out a relatively new unit and I could sense that from prior experience with other companies who operate that way. So - be careful. Perhaps they are good, they are definitely responsive, but I think too expensive given other good options in the community.
Adrián and Joaquín did a great job. They arrived on time and installed my inside and outside unit with no issues. They were very quite, respectful, and attentive to all details. Happy work my install!
