(Edit) i checked out a different place later in the day and they wouldve done it for less and did an inspection and noticed my speaker was damaged in the process . Fast and reliable service, got what I asked for price was fair a bit steep but was worth it considering i can use my speaker now
I had an iPhone 12 with a cracked lens, so I took it to this place and the guy’s name was Devin from India. He said he’d fix it, and he did repair it, but then the flashlight part didn't repair properly. When I pointed it out, he said he didn’t have any spare parts left and told me to call him back later. I ended up going there multiple times, but he kept saying, “Don’t come, don’t come,” and never followed up, and in the end, he damaged my phone further. I just want to warn everyone not to go to that shop because they’re not honest and they don’t do good work. I’m really dissatisfied and just wanted to let everyone know.
I had a very bad experience with RepairMobile. I brought my iPad 9th generation, and they told me they would replace the full screen. They charged me $140, but they only changed the screen itself — the bottom part and other issues were not fixed at all. Their price is not fair, and the quality of the work was disappointing. I advise everyone: don’t go to this shop and don’t waste your money.
My husband dropped his phone and cracked the screen. Took it to a repair shop on upper Wentworth and they said they could not fix it. Took it to Direct Cell on Upper James and they had it fixed in a couple of days! (They had to order part) Very friendly and courteous staff. Save yourself time and just take your phone here!
Honestly the best guys in Hamilton.. My phone fell in the pool.. many repair shops told me that there's no chance to bring it back to life. I would have lost all my data. Daughter's pictures. Etc. In less than 30 minutes.. they diagnosed and repaired my phone. Price was reasonable. 6 starts on 5.. Excellent staff.
