We made an appointment and showed up early to check in and the gentleman was kind enough to get us started right away and even assisted answering questions on our other car for us. The technician who brought us our car when finished was very kind as well. Very pleased with staff and service. Thank you!
They need to up their game. When I first brought my car in service was awesome. This is the third issue I have had. First time tires were replaced they did not wheel balance. I had to bring it in twice to sort out that one issue. I changed front two tires and they did not inflate the tires so I had to drive round to tire pressure check and wait in line. I later found that the tires again, weren’t balanced. I am disappointed.
Won’t speak about the mechanic aspect of this place BUT I will say so far discount tire keeps telling me different PSIs for my tires. I’m not sure if they are just training new people but sometimes if you don’t say anything they let you drive away with 1-2 below or above PSI. Even at one point they told me my trucks tires should be at 80 when the norm for them I believe was 70 and 60 in the back or something like that. Not sure I should really pay attention. Everyone I’ve encountered so far is nice and they are cool but it would be nice if discount tire could tell me what my psi is every single time and make sure it’s right.
I never leave reviews, but literally had no cash to tip the Tech, and just couldn't have their service go unnoticed or unappreciated.🙏 To start I live in AJ, so this is NOT my usual Discount tire shop. Anyhow, while on my way to a job in Laveen(12/16/25), I pulled my Dually off the 202 with a rear tire that wouldn't hold air, but had no visible damage(while on side of the freeway, I tried inflating tire, but couldn't get it past 27psi and couldn't hear the valve stem leaking because the freeway traffic was so darn loud). Anyhow, the Mgr, "Anchor" was able to read the urgency of the situation and quickly had Tech, "Koal" assess tire and replace the damaged valve stem. I was literally in & out in 15 min and was stunned!!! Their sense of urgency and quick action literally saved my job & reputation. Sorry, as I know nothing about how they usually run their shop, but I have a pretty good idea, as these guys demonstrated really being there when needed, exceeded all expectations, and to top it off, didn't even charge me a dime!😳 Outstanding team there, well done Anchor & Koal!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This is how my car was parked when I came to pick it up. My front passenger was low I thought it was because how they parked it. They took it off checked it and it was fine. Told me it just needs to update. Got home and my rear passenger brand new tire they just replaced was completely flat.
