Drew was great. He got me a great deal on my tires and windshield wipers cost. I came here a few weeks ago to get 2 other tires and they were great then as well! Will 100% be returning in the future
I have used this location multiple times. This visit was for a TPMS and tire swap out from my stock C8 corvette wheels to a new high-end wheel set. Wess, Travis and my installer were all very professional, friendly and helpful during the process. MOST IMPORTANTLY the touch free tire change process kept both sets of wheel in perfect condition. A scratch free installation done correctly. Thank you so much!!
This place is amazingly professional with everyone being super courteous. Is the third time I've come here and each time they've met me in the parking lot at the time of my appointment with a greeting and a handshake. Prices are very reasonable. My son got his tires here last year and ended up with a nail in one. They took care of him for free in less than 10 minutes he was out the door. Great place. It's the only place we go now for tires.
I called for rim replacement and tire rotation and balance on another vehicle. Drew was the attendant and have dealt with his poor attitude before, this time he took it, too far. He said, "you give us a problem every time, you are the problem". I said only when I have to protect myself from you and your lack of knowledge for what you do. The rim replacement was off of 2002 lexus sc430 and had rim and tires replace last year. I was unhappy because Wesley had told me it was because of the age of the rims. I had never heard that. I said ok I will buy new but if it doesn't solve the issue I am going to be upset. Guess what same two that were leaking before leaked again with new tires and new rims. Wesley was unsettled but said we will figure it out. I said it has only been 3 days. I had to come 6 times before they figured it out. It was a bad rim from factory. Drew was 1st person who could not figure this out and blamed me last time as he did this time. UNACCEPTABLE 20 YEARS AGO THINGS WOULD BE HANDLED DIFFERENT WITH THIS CONDESENDING LITTLE PRICK. There were other issues that can be worked thru, but Drew will never help me again. I have 5 vehicles he is lucky Wesley work done before saved this customer for now but from reading reviews he is lucky he has not lost more customers. Plus need to train techs better they lifted the truck 4 times and still did not lift it correctly. Of course, Drew said they know what they are doing it is your truck they don't make them anymore, which is not true. I asked if he knew how many are out there. Not good employee at all. Talk to anyone else at this store but Drew.
My family and I have been coming to Discount Tires for over a decade. It's a family establishment with absolutely FIRST CLASS customer service and treatment. Since we get all of our tires from them, we get FREE tire repair and rotation without question. It doesn't matter which location you go to, the excellent service is the same. Mannie, the manager at the Phillips Hwy location always brings his PERSONAL integrity to every encounter and through every team member and customer consultation. These guys truly love their job and it shows in the high quality work that they do. Visit them today!!
