Outstanding Service – Brian and Team Went Above and Beyond I want to give a huge thank you to Brian (or Bryan) and the team at Discount Tire in Las Vegas. I had just installed new tires at another Discount Tire in Draper, Utah, but immediately noticed a vibration issue. Before driving from Salt Lake City to San Diego, I even took it to another shop in Utah to correct the balance—but the vibration was still there all the way down to Las Vegas. I decided to stop at the Las Vegas location as a last chance, and I’m glad I did. Brian immediately asked the right questions, including whether I was running hub-centric rings (which I was). The team performed a proper road force balance and found that three wheels were not balanced correctly. After that visit, I drove all the way to San Diego and back up to Utah with zero vibration issues. The car drove perfectly. Brian and his team took the time to diagnose the issue correctly and did things the right way. Professional, knowledgeable, and customer-focused. This experience restored my confidence—thank you again for taking care of me. I was back on the road in less than 1 hr thanks to them. Highly recommend this location.
I recently had my tire replaced here, and the experience was excellent. Mike the store manager was friendly, professional, and quick to help as soon as I arrived. The replacement itself was done efficiently. The pricing was fair, and he explained everything clearly. I was back on the road faster than expected, which I really appreciated. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and would definitely come back for any future tire repair or replacement. Highly recommended. Go ask for Mike he gives the best customer service!
This morning I was on FLAT….Bryan J was the guy this morning. Did everything he could, last resort, he just replaced the tire, trusting me to come back, we both know. He didn’t just give me any ole tire but due to finances he made an executive decision. No shame here, shit happens and still there are some great people out here. He’s 1 of them!
Cameron did amazing with The tire inspection and recommending me to the best tires! Also helped me sign up for Snap Finance for the services that i needed. Very grateful and appreciate his patience and honesty with me. Great employee
I went to Discount Tire to replace my tires on my Toyota. They told me there was a wheel lock on the rim, and I clearly said I have the key and could bring it back in 15 minutes. One of the staff members (Brian) told me, "You don’t need to go home — we can open it." However, they went ahead and broke the wheel lock without my consent. I never gave permission to break and destroy the wheel lock. To make things worse, they also damaged one of the lug bolts (studs), which creates a serious safety issue. This was careless, unauthorized, and completely avoidable. I’ve documented everything with photos, and I will be pursuing legal action, including filing complaints with the BBB, the State Attorney General, and taking the matter to small claims court if necessary. This is unacceptable service. I attached a picture of my wheel lock key. I had it at home and the guy broke all my wheel locks.
