This was my second great experience with discount tire. I was in A time crunch as I was about to move across the country with a trailer. I was able to do a walk in to discount tire leave my trailer with them and get the tires changed out within a couple hours. Very upfront knowledgeable and friendly customer service, And much more reasonable tire prices than the competition.
They’re too busy never answer the phone. Came in for my appointment to install my tires then an hour later they said they didn’t get my tires yet. They said they would call me Monday to let me know they have my tires to reschedule installation of my tires. They never called very unorganized and too many appointments stacked they can’t keep track terrible. Will head in the shop later afternoon to see if they got my tires yet because they don’t answer the phone it just rings forever probably another time waste on my part. Yikes UPDATED They made it good their wholesaler only delivered 2 tires by mistake after my 3rd time they finally got my tires installed I’m not sure if I can blame them or the company that sent the tires to the shop either way got my tires I wanted after my third trip. B++
Elijah Stephen and a half dozen other guys on the team worked on the install to keep it moving. I wish I knew their names all went to work on my car.It was a complicated Install of four new tires on big wheels and they are chrome and the technicians were super careful to do it right and not damage anything they really work together as a team to provide customer service and they charged me a few dollars less than quoted
I have been very happy in the past but today I wasn’t. They forgot about my car & it took over 2 hours just to look at the tire. Now I’m waiting again for an hour & I just want to get on with my day.
These guys are awesome. The quality of service you get for the price is really top notch. I had a nail in my tire and wasn’t even sure if the tires had been purchased through them (they were installed before I bought the car) and they still repaired my tire for free and rotated them as well. The service tech was very up front about the life left on my tires and was not pushy in any way about upselling me. The work was done quickly, despite them being busy. It was easy to schedule an appointment online. I will definitely be back when it’s time to purchase new tires. Thanks for the excellent service today!
