Just had my tires balanced and rotated this morning. I must say Zeke and his young good-looking young crew were exceptional! But, Versus just coming in and them performing a quick tire balance & rotation and being on my way; I wanted to specifically troubleshoot a front vibration issue and determine by how much the two front tires were out of balance BEFORE they stripped the weights off and began balancing the two front tires. I did not receive a numerical answer, just a general "they were out of balance" which was disappointing, but Zeke and his crew still came through for me in a different way, for which I most thankful! I was not expecting this at all. I was also very direct with my communication throughout and maybe I didn't communicate well; but they remained professional the entire time; which illustrates high-caliber customer service! I highly recommended this place of business! They are highly efficient and work well as a TEAM.
Y’all were actually very nice and pretty fast even though it was very busy when I went. I was there the Friday After Thanksgiving. Y’all switched out my spare tire with a new one. I just have one problem. My original tire that was inside my trunk that was slashed with my rim on it y’all kept!!! And I need to take that tire back to the dealership. I don’t even know why y’all took it out of my trunk without my permission??? I need someone to please call me asap to see if y’all can fed ex the tire to the world car Kia dealership south in San Antonio. y’all weren’t supposed to keep it and I didn’t realize it because I was in a hurry to get back to San Antonio. I was driving a matte Grey 2025 Kia K5 GT-Line.
I came to this location today due to a nail in my back tire on the driver side. I spoke with Jadon, and he was BEYOND kind and nice. He told me that I needed to also change the two front tires that they were bad. He was compassionate and didn't feel comfortable with me leaving knowing my front tires were bad. He did all he could for me to leave with not one but three new tires. Thank you, Jadon for being kind, compassionate, and nice. I appreciate you. The world needs more people like you❤️
This location has absolutely blown me away with the quality of service it provides. Jordan, the rep who took care of us, did a tremendous job identifying the issues we had with our wheels and tires and finding the perfect solutions for them. I didnt even make it to the front door before he came out and asked me how he could help, and he provided perfect quality service throughout the whole visit. Even when the job was done, the store offered to hold on to my old wheels in case id like to pick them up since I bought a new set, and gave me until the end of the day (which is absolutely awesome). When I got back near closing time even then, Jordan and Alex helped haul all my old wheels to my car, which blew me away because I've never had such great service anywhere else. Give these guys a raise, especially Jordan. He is very hard working and does a super honest job. Kudos to the management for putting together such a fantastic team
Jared is the man! The crew that worked on my vehicle are amazing. I purchased the tires, had them mounted and I was out the door in about 25 minutes! I had an appointment at 5:45. I was called around 5:00 pm and was told that the tires had arrived and could come anytime. I was able to arrive around 5:35. By 5:40 my Jeep was on the lift. By 6:15, I was back home writing this review. Great service as always. Friendly and professional staff. The only tire shop I'll go to.
