One of the most stressful days I have had in a long time completely changed once I pulled into this Discount Tire. I arrived about ten minutes before closing, already anxious and overwhelmed, and was immediately greeted by Adam. He held the door for me every time I went in and out and took the time to check my tire, my spare, and help me understand what actually caused the flat. I originally thought someone had stabbed it, but Adam explained that I most likely hit a curb at some point. His honesty immediately put me at ease. What stood out most was how transparent Adam was about my tire wear. At another Discount Tire location, I felt pressured to replace all four tires. Here, Adam showed me exactly where my rear tires were on the wear chart and told me they were still in good shape. He then showed me how worn my front tires actually were. There was no pressure, just clear information that helped me make the right decision. The price was much lower than I expected, and Adam explained the warranty in a way that actually made sense. Knowing that I could renew the warranty for around ten dollars if something happens to a tire gave me real peace of mind. Juan replaced my tires in about fifteen minutes and even aired up my spare. During that time, Adam continued offering helpful advice without ever making me feel rushed. I mentioned that I was starving and debating going to McDonald’s, but decided to stay since they were closing. Adam reassured me it would not take long, and he was absolutely right. Before I left, they showed me the gauges and explained everything clearly, completely easing my worries. I finally headed out to get that much needed Quarter Pounder with Cheese, and as I was pulling out of the drive thru, Juan came running out and asked me to come back into the garage. He noticed my tire pressure reading 27 on my car and wanted to double check it. The pressure was actually correct at 35 and my sensor is just a little off, but the fact that he cared enough to stop me after closing time meant a lot. This was around 5:30 PM, and they close at 5. Adam and Juan truly went above and beyond. They did not just fix my tires, they completely changed the direction of my day. I really hope this review gives them the recognition they deserve. Exceptional service, genuine care, and two employees who clearly take pride in their work.
I can't express my gratitude to the team that currently works at Discount Tire! They're simply amazing humans beings who would go out of their way to help you in need. Genuinely amazing people. Gave my dad a big discount for being a long time customer. Hasn't been 10+ years or anything. But they still did it. Hats off the them mannnnn!!!
Bought my tires and made an appointment online and came in to have them installed. The quoted 45 minutes and less than 30 minutes later they called saying everything was done and they did a free alignment check. William was professional and courteous and got me in and out as fast as possible. Good tires for a reasonable price. Will come back.
On my way back from the Central Florida Toyota dealership, I wanted to see if this location could mount oversized tires on a new set of rims for my Toyota Tacoma, since most places won’t do it. I stopped by this location in Orlando as a walk-in customer. I only planned to ask a few questions—but that didn’t happen. I ended up leaving with the service done! Chase, the Assistant Store Manager, went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. It’s rare to find customer service like that these days! He was able to squeeze me in the schedule to add 5 tires (spare included) mount, balance, and bolted onto the truck. Will, who installed the tires, also did an excellent job. The installation was quick, clean, and clearly done with attention to detail. No damages to the rims. Going from KO2 E-rated 16” to KO3 C-Rated 17” 285s. My vehicle drives perfectly, smoother than before and the wheel-tire combo look great. The environment was clean, and the other techs working there seemed to be enjoying themselves—good vibes all around—and they were getting jobs done quickly for other customers as well. I highly recommend this location if you’re looking for quality work and top-notch customer service, especially if you drive a pickup or need larger tires mounted. Huge thanks to Chase and William for making it such a positive experience! I live 40 minutes away, and I’ll definitely be coming back for future services on my truck.
Easily made an appointment online. The technician greeted me as I parked and helped me get my car tires inspected. Very quickly they gave their recommendations and I gave approval for four new tires. A comfortable waiting area and bathrooms are available with a baby changing station. I would return again for service. One note the women's bathroom lock would only work if you fully close the door.
