I’m a senior citizen and boy was I happy he was very patient with me he answered all of my questions very professional and he smiled. His customer service is impeccable any retail establishment I know would love to have a Zack on their team!!!
I recently came here to get my phone fixed. I was hesitated about it at first but I had also forgot that the store been here for so many years and I was going to the west side getting my phone fixed because I thought it was reasonable prices , but it’s the same as for here not only the prices are reasonable. Zach and his crew helped me a lot from the beginning to the end letting me know what was damage and what can be fixed and they completely fixed my phone like practically brand-new. I will be back If needed to and I recommend this place 1000% thanks again for all your help and your excellent customer service
Zac was super Friendly and helpfuland gave me the best deal And even hooked me up with a new case and screen protector they replaced my back screen and my battery on my 14 Pro Max fast Super ! The technician is great the whole team rocks from the sales associate to the technician I highly recommend!!!
Just had my phone fixed here and I couldn’t be happier. From the moment I walked in, they were super friendly and helpful. They took the time to explain what it would take to fix my phone and gave me an honest price---no pressure at all. I had a lot of questions, but Zach was patient, kind and genuinely cared. The repair was done quickly, and they even followed up to make sure everything was working fine. It’s so rare to find good customer service these days. If you’re having phone issues, check this place out.
Zach got me together my phone was horrible, cracked screen. port not functioning. I was supposed to go to another location but found this location, in all of 30 years my mom lived less than 2 minutes away, I was greeted with professionalism. I didn't have to wait long, the repair was done in less than 30 minutes. I am so glad I went to this location. So again thank you Zach and Eddie you saved me!
