Austin and team were awesome from start to finish. They came out to do a water softener install estimate (within a day or two of calling), had very competitive prices, and then when I decided to proceed with the install, they were able to do the install within the week. The install was quick, painless, and stuck to the original estimate pricing as well. The whole team was friendly, knowledgeable, and they will be my go-to plumbers for anything I need in the future!
Great service! They were honest and the prices are fair. The best part is that it is a free service call! I have experienced the same problem in the past with my water heater, and I called a different company at the time. The part the other company installed broke with 2 years and I was charged double compared to Division One Plumbing. Thank you Division One! I will definitely be coming to you for all my future plumbing needs!!
Daryl to to the rescue again! I bought this older home that constantly gives me grief. I heard my fridge making some bad noises, and was going to order a new fridge. However, when I pulled out my 16 year old fridge to get exact measurements of the space, I noticed an archaic water valve. I immediately realized this old valve was a problem and would not be compatible with a new fridge water line. Daryl was out the same day I called, and replaced the ancient valve. Daryl actually discovered that the old valve was actually loose and truly saved me from an even bigger nightmare. Daryl is exceptionally knowledgeable and has amazing problem solving skills, which are definitely needed with my old house! I can't express how much I appreciate him!
The lid of my sump pump was rusted through. I called and got an immediate response. I was able to schedule at a time that was convenient for me and it was repaired perfectly. I thought the price was very reasonable. This is the third time they've been out to repair the old plumbing in my house and I have been very happy with the work and the price. Highly recommend using them.
