Our family has been with Do Re Mi for almost three years, and we could not be more grateful for the experience. Edward, my son’s guitar teacher, is simply outstanding. He has a rare ability to inspire genuine passion and confidence. My son usually needs a bit of encouragement with most activities, but with Edward he initiates practice on his own because he loves his lessons so much. We’re moving interstate soon, and my son has already asked to continue lessons with Edward remotely because, in his words, “I won’t find a better teacher!” That says everything. My daughter also had a wonderful experience with Summer for piano. She had learned piano previously but had become bored and lost interest—until she started lessons with Summer. Summer’s teaching style is encouraging, flexible, and truly student-centred. She lets kids choose whether they want to do exams, and she helps them pick music they genuinely enjoy while still challenging them at the right level. Even though my daughter has decided not to continue with piano for now, she consistently says how much she learned and how much she enjoyed her time with Summer. We highly recommend this school to any family looking for teachers who are not only talented musicians but also kind, patient, and genuinely invested in their students’ growth. Thank you so much for the wonderful years of music and memories.
Outstanding music school. My two children attend. Their progress with guitar, violin and drums has been astonishing. The instructors are expert musicians, have an excellent teaching style, are approachable and friendly, and (very important for teaching my boys) - are patient. Very highly recommended.
My daughter has guitar lessons for quite a while and the teacher was always so patient and helpful, my daughter learned so much and loves every lesson. We will get more lessons again in a few semesters. I highly recommend
