I needed my engagement ring polished and was short on time. I saw that Doctor Jeweler was a 10 minute walk from my house so figured I’d give them a try. They were able to take me as a walk in and made my ring SHINE like the day I got it. Will definitely be using them moving forward. Quick service, helpful and friendly staff, and fair prices.
These people pulled off probably one of the hardest jobs I’ve ever seen and made it come out flawless! I purchased a yellow gold Cartier love bracelet However, it was an impulse purchase and it was a little too big for my liking, after going back to Cartier they said it would be 40% of the price to resize it. I ended up coming here instead and they took personal responsibility for the project and make sure it came out perfect for a fraction of the price can’t recommend them enough.
I had to have my ring cut off by the fire department and after calling three different locations I found this wonderful place that assured me they could put it back together. I am shocked and so happy with the results. If you ever need to have any jewelry repaired do not hesitate to call them.
Broke my wedding ring and needed to get it fixed asap! I found Doctor Jeweler and am so happy that Alexander was able to get me in, and fix my ring in UNDER 20 minutes for such a cheap price! Will most definitely be back with other jewelry my fiancé and I need fixed. Highly recommend!
Very professional and quick service! Usually within a day. They fixed my watch and necklace. I haven’t had the necklace long enough to speak on the durability of the repair but so far it has lasted longer than my previous repair at another location. I would highly recommend you see them for any jewelry repair. Name of the business is “Rockford Collection” when you look for it on the street! 09/30/25 just wanted to give an update on my necklace repair. It is still holding up!
