Lauren did a wonderful job with our Norwegian Elkhound Tusky. He looks intimidating but is a sweetie and we highly recommend dogs day for anyone looking for quality work taking care of their pet!
Awesome, first time here, the Lady (Lauren) is extremely nice. She was very good with my dog. Extremely quick and effective, I was highly impressed. definitely will be a repeat customer. I came back on 7 September 2005 and got my dogs nails cut and a bath and brushing, amazing service extremely nice lady and definitely will be back again!!!
Just picked up Nala from Dogs Day Bowtique and I couldn't be happier! Lauren was absolutely fantastic. Nala can sometimes be a bit nervous with new people, but Lauren had such a calm and gentle demeanor, making her feel completely at ease. Highly recommend!!
I took my dog there a to get a cut. He is a Portuguese water dog. And I requested a retriever cut, but leave the trademark tail floof at the end of his tail. Lauren did his cut exactly as I requested and when I picked Poseidon up he did not seem at all traumatized, as he has acted with other big brand groomers. The last groomer I brought him to at Petsmart traumatized him so bad that for 3 days he just laid in my lap wanting me to coddle him. So I was super happy that she made him feel comfortable and at ease at dogs day bowtique. Thank you so much Lauren for being such a great groomer and a wonderful caring person. Highly recommend!!
A little backstory: I’ve been to two or three different groomers and my pup (Appa) never came back happy or excited. He either came back scared or just acted weird. He also came back and didn’t want anyone to touch his front paw. As a dog owner I’d love for my dog to go to the groomers and feel safe. I understand every dog is different as well. We came to Lauren back during the summer, so we’ve almost been coming to her for a year and let me tell you Appa LOVES coming here and has no hesitation running to Lauren. She also has helped Appa with the anxiety that he has with anyone touching his front paw. I will forever be grateful that she has the patience, understanding and care for the dogs she grooms! She does such an amazing job with trimming his nails, because that was also another area he did not like anyone to do. I’ve attempted myself and could never do them. The other groomers could never do his nails as well. I attached two pictures of Appa’s grooming. The first one was from today after his grooming and the second is from about 8-9 weeks from his previous groom. I can’t thank Lauren enough for grooming Appa! Highly recommend and will be coming back again and again :)
