My facial treatment with Alejandra was absolutely exceptional. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel comfortable and well cared for. Her technique is gentle yet incredibly effective, and she explained every step with such clarity and professionalism. My skin felt refreshed, hydrated, and noticeably brighter right after the treatment. Alejandra’s attention to detail and her genuine dedication to her clients truly set her apart. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish, and I’m already looking forward to my next appointment. I had an amazing experience at Dulce Medical Spa! Alejandra was absolutely wonderful she went above and beyond during my treatment. Not only did she clear my face beautifully, but she also gave me a relaxing shoulder massage that made the whole experience even better. My skin feels refreshed and glowing. My facial experience was amazing! Melissa who did the facial, did a great job and was very nice. It took about an hour. One of the sales people from this place however, was very rude. She wanted me to sit down and go over the memberships after my facial, but I was low on time and had to go. I just wanted to pay for my services and leave. She became offended that I didn’t have the time to go over memberships and talk after. She made me feel extremely uncomfortable and pressured. The salesperson was very unprofessional and clearly lacks customer service skills. If it wasn’t for my experience with this person, I would have totally returned as a customer. This has been by far the worst experience I have ever had with an establishment! I also felt forced by this sales ladyto give a good review, which is not deserved. I’m giving 2 stars only because of Melissa who did the facial.
Alejandra was great. Made me feel at ease today with all my facial procedures. Very professional and courteous. Would definitely recommend her services to anyone wanting to improve their overall skin health and appearance. Highly Recommended AA++ 👍
