If I could leave 0 stars I would. I have had my taxes filed in multiple different states that i’ve resided in and this was the LOWEST my refund has ever been. David was the one who filed my taxes and at first he gave me a number for how much it would be then towards the very end it dropped by $520 and then I ended up owing which was ridiculous and had never happened before. I don’t know what he did exactly and so feel as though he took advantage of that. Then on top of that he said I had to pay $160 but when I called before coming it was only $120. I most definitely feel as though this place picks and choose who they take care of. The facility also was very dusty and was giving a very unsanitary feeling and the fact David kept licking his fingers to touch every piece of paper did not make it any better. I could visibly see the spit on the paper which was in my opinion disgusting. I feel like I was cheated out of my money, -10/10 I would never recommend.
Once again I have experienced a very professional, informative and pleasant tax season with Dollar Income Tax Service. I find myself looking forward to working with them each year. The staff is friendly, very welcoming and you won’t find better customer service anywhere! Happy Tax Season everybody!!!
Le personnel était sympathique, efficace et compétent. Steven a travaillé autour de mon planning et a terminé ma déclaration rapidement et efficacement. Il a aussi réexaminé mes déclarations fiscales de 2015, réalisées par quelqu'un d'autre, et il a pu me faire obtenir un remboursement pour des montants qui avaient été déclarés de manière incorrecte ! Je les recommanderais à quiconque recherche des professionnels de la fiscalité honnêtes et dignes de confiance.
