If you need anything at all involving jewelry, come here first! They have the best prices and truly the best customer service l've experienced. Long story short: I previously had a custom engagement ring made by another jeweler where the communication and attention to detail were terrible. I decided to bite the bullet and come here to start over with an entirely new ring. I worked with Heather, who was incredible. She assured me this experience would be different, and she was right! She walked me through the entire process with ease, kept me updated with photos, and made sure every specific detail was perfect. The process was much faster and smoother than my first experience-there is simply no comparison. When I picked it up, I was blown away. It was money well spent and I couldn't be happier. I'll definitely be back for all my future jewelry needs. If you need a custom ring or any jewelry in general, come here and ask for Heather!
Brought me Ebel 1911 in to get a new battery installed & it was replaced, set to the correct time & date within 10 minutes! Excellent friendly service!!
Pros: staff are attentive to my questions and requests. When my rings had issues they fixed it. Price was reasonable compared to nearby jewelers Cons: lack of communication Amy helped me pick out a good design for the two rings I wanted and answered all my questions. But after placing the order I did not get any updates and I had to call them a week after the due date. They told me the rings hadn't even been started yet. A few days later I got the call that they were ready and when I looked at the two rings the jewels were set crookedly and there were several large dull unpolished spots. The gentleman behind the counter wearing a Tissot PRX watch was very helpful and relayed my concerns to get them fixed. I really appreciate his help on my issue! A few days later they were ready and the rings were perfect and they boxed and bagged them for me. As a first time customer I would return because the price is reasonable and I just hope there would be a notice if an order would be delayed next time
my husband and i came in this past weekend after seeing a ring heather advertised on facebook and both instantly fell in love with it but definitely needed some time to talk it over. lee was very kind and didn’t pressure us into trying to make a quick decision like many other jewelers had done to us. ultimately we decided to come back after lunch and upgrade my ring, to which he gave us an awesome trade in deal for my current ring to go towards the new one! we are so happy with our purchase and will be back for any repairs or other needs we have!
We came here to get our wedding bands made. They can do any customizations that you like. Very personable and welcoming staff. Prices are also very competitive.
