Had a great experience with DSC. They performed a keyboard and mousepad swap on a laptop and when they found there was also a software issue Blake went above and beyond to help work through the issue and ensure that it functioned.
Strung me along for two weeks telling me they could replace my phone's battery. Eventually they admitted they couldn't do it and gave me my money back since their suppliers didn't carry the correct battery for my phone. I would've appreciated it if they told me from the start they couldn't do it so they wouldn't have wasted my time or theirs. Edit: Their replies to reviews are also clearly unprofessional as well, not sure what's up with that
My husband and I have been customers for about 5 years now and so appreciate the care and integrity of this family-owned business. They've helped us with phone and computer issues, including providing excellently refurbed units and continuing to service them. I also use their antivirus software on my business computer and have experienced no issues whatsoever. I'll recommend them with no hesitation.
They have been amazing to work with. I've now brought in three (and soon to be four) different projectors that they have been instrumental in getting back into working order. Fast and cost effective. I really couldn't ask for anything better from a tech team. They are my new default provider all my high end tech needs.
