I travelled from the Gold Coast to Sydney last weekend for my birthday, saw Désordre was having a huge 50% off sale so I was so excited to come to the Sydney store and buy an outfit to wear that night. When I arrived at the store, I was completely ignored by all the staff. One of the girls were sitting on the floor, the other one eating at the front desk. Nobody offered to help me, they watched me walk around for 10+ minutes and continued to pretend I wasn't there (despite me being the only customer in the entire store). A lot of the pieces had no pricing, and I also was unsure which pieces in store were or were not included in the sale so I asked the girl standing (and eating) for help. She was extremely blunt with me, it was obvious she didn't want to help me - I've never felt so out of place and unwelcome while shopping, particularly in a store where you're expecting to drop $1000+. After doing a few laps of the store and getting no help I decided to leave empty handed.
This review is regarding my online experience with customer service and order. I ordered two items. A dress and a pair of shorts. The size I ordered happened to be out of stock. I was promptly emailed by the company who let me know the size above and below was available. The customer service agent recommended the higher size as the shorts tended to look better slightly oversized. They also offered to refund if I wanted. I took the chance and was thrilled! The shorts are perfect and my package arrived faster than expected. Overall a great experience.
My experience at DÉSORDRE BOUTIQUE was wonderful and I can't express enough how fun the ladies at this store made my wedding dress shopping journey. From the moment I walked into the boutique, I was greeted with warmth and enthusiasm. The team at DÉSORDRE BOUTIQUE is not only lovely but also incredibly accommodating. They truly went above and beyond to help me find something for my wedding – three weeks out from the big day. They provided wonderful styling advice and created a really fun and enjoyable atmosphere. The end result was a dress and shoes that I absolutely adore, and I couldn't have done it without the help of these amazing ladies. They have an impeccable eye for style, and their passion for helping people find their perfect really shone through. Thank you for making me feel so special, and for helping me find the most perfect wedding dress!
Truly have never experienced a team so knowledgable of designers and product as well as completely incredible in terms of styling. No boutique in Australia has such a unique and extensive selection of pieces. The girls in store are kind, attentive and helpful - they've always gone above and beyond to assist me to get my needs met. I couldn't recommend a store more. If you want to get a piece that will stand the test of time and be cared for and given a "boutique" experience - go to Desordre!
