I suspected rigged positive reviews when I first looked at Duraclim's ratings but after reading through the comments and experiencing a complete ventilation system cleaning service first hand, I can certainly vouch for this company. The service rep Zoe was amazing at her job, very thorough and detailed and great at following up without being too pushy. Super organized appointment booking process and the actual service went exactly as planned. The service technician was very knowledgable and pleasant to deal with. Duraclim is not cheap but they deliver a ton more value than competitors who charge the same and provide superficial "maintenance". Better to get a thorough vent cleaning once every few years and save on expensive annual or semi annual maintenance contracts
What a wonderful experience we had!!! Jennings Did an incredible job. He explained through out the whole process what he was doing and why he was doing it. That to us was A+. His customer service was impeccable. He was very professional and in a good mood! My husband and I haven’t seen a customer service so top notch in years!!! We were honestly blown away. When Jennings showed us the before and after pictures, we couldn’t believe how clean he made our place look! Btw (which I love) they clean after their work and make sure that all is done accordingly. If you are looking for an honest company choose this one, I recommend 100% ohhhh and don’t forget to ask for Jennings. Btw, we already referred you to 2 of our family members 😊 thank you again for making us breath clean air after 10 years!
Excellent service. From booking of the appointment to the cleaning of the indoor and outdoor unit the service was done with care and professionalism. The option to chat via text message with dispatch made the coordination of the booking so much more efficient. Highly recommend. Great price too!
Absolutely incredible service from Duraclim! They just cleaned my condo's HVAC system Downtown. Lerby was punctual, super professional, and explained everything clearly. My system is running quieter, the air quality is much better, and my allergies are already thanking me. No mess left behind either! Fair price for a thorough job. A few friends had told me about Duraclim, but I’ll admit I was a bit unsure at first.. because I’d seen one bad review online. I decided to give them a try anyway, and honestly, I’M SO GLAD I did. The whole experience was way above my expectations super professional, clear communication, and you can tell they really take pride in their work. The technician was kind, and made sure everything was done properly. My place looked perfect when they left no mess, no shortcuts, just clean and well done!! Very happy
