Durahome did a great job painting the interior woodwork in my older home. The quality of the work was excellent. I only give 4 stars out of 5 because I was told a colorist would come to help me pick a color and give suggestions but that didn’t happen and now I wish I had done some areas differently. I think a colorist would have known to suggest it. But overall, very satisfied.
Readers digest: Great communication, Respectful of property, Attention to detail, friendly team, and amazing results After contacting several painting companies around the cities DuraHome was the only one that provided everything we needed. Cody, the owner, came and spent about 2 hours talking to us about our options and what our expectations were for the project. We were painting the exterior of our home and it had a lot of clean up required for a nice application and finish product. Cody told us that he was going to have Jesus and his team to complete the project since they were the best at spraying and detail oriented. Trevor the project manager was at our house at the start of the project with Jesus to go over everything we needed and expected. This included; which colors got painted where, what patches were being done, what plants to protect, etc. It was so through I was impressed. Our project lasted two days, by the end of day one they had the house patched, and painted. Day two consisted of trim work and doing touch ups. At the completion of the project a final walk through was done with Jesus. Overall, this was such a great experience from the communication and the care and respect that they had of our property! We hired Durahome to strip and stain our deck, and they did a wonderful job! They were very communicative throughout the process and sent me picture updates each day. We encountered a few rain delays and they communicated each time they wouldn’t be able to come out too, which was really nice since our work was completed while we were out of town. The workers had a great attention to detail and brought caulk and wood filler with them to really make the deck look the best they could (it’s an old deck). The end result is great and we’re super happy! I couldn’t give a perfect 5 stars because we had some hiccups with scheduling. I kept getting texts saying they’d call the next day to schedule and no one would call. This took place for about 2 weeks until I was able to talk to our sales rep Trevor who helped get it scheduled. They apologized and explained that the foreman was new and was a little behind but it’s aggravating to be told “we’ll reach out Monday” and then have Monday come and go (multiple times). They made up with it for it the high quality work, but again this prevented it from being a perfect 5 star experience.
Responding quickly to my inquiry and got scheduled for a free estimate. We ended up scheduling for exterior painting and the books said late August. We ended up getting it completed within a couple weeks! Very professional and quick. The color match to the house was perfect and they cleaned up after themselves. We had wear and tear from weather. We plan on hiring them for the interior.
Durahome did an outstanding job of the exterior of our house. From start to finish they always contacted us and provided excellent customer service. They were reasonably priced, and would highly recommend their services. The quality and service of the painting project was above and beyond our expectations. Looks like a brand new house.
