Great open venue. Good use of the space, tight parking.
It was pretty sparse, but it held the whole event. Parking deck parking sometimes is free sometimes it’s seven dollars.
If you plan to visit, make sure to arrange your parking ahead of time. Fortunately, there’s a parking garage across the street that’s quite affordable, only $7 for all day on Sundays. Aside from that, the space itself is absolutely amazing. I had the opportunity to attend the Toro Cup event, and I was blown away by how beautiful the venue is. There’s seating both upstairs and downstairs, providing impeccable views of the action. The large rooms upstairs were perfect for competitors to warm up and get everything organized before their matches. The event ran smoothly, thanks to the knowledgeable staff who really know how to keep things moving along beautifully. If you’re searching for a venue, this one is definitely worth considering. Great event space love the tables that are there the chairs that access to power and they have a lot of great events in there. Great space updated kept clean. We went for NC Disneyana. The room was too small but it was still kind of a cool building. I was very disappointed in the unisex bathroom they had make-shifted while the women's was being worked on. I'm not okay with my young daughters sharing a restroom with some strange dude. The temperature of the room was nice though, that's not always the case with older buildings like that. The location wasn't terrible but it would be better if it was closer to the interstate exit for the type of event we attended. The acoustics were pretty good from what I could tell with the music and MC speaking.
