EA Heating & Cooling LLC recently serviced the furnace in my 90-year-old mother’s home, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Even in El Paso’s mild winters, reliable heating is essential for her comfort and safety, and this company delivered on every level. The initial technician, Michael, exemplified outstanding customer service. He was polite, knowledgeable, and treated my mother with the kind of patience and respect one would show a family member. After a thorough diagnosis, he determined that the motherboard had failed, even though the furnace is only a little over 20 years old. He explained the situation clearly, ordered the necessary parts, and advised us that shipping might be delayed due to the holidays. Michael followed up the very next day to check on my mother’s comfort and to let us know they were exploring quicker alternatives, which was greatly appreciated. Throughout the process, the office staff kept in regular contact, providing genuine, courteous updates on the status of the parts and repair schedule. When the parts arrived—within the seven to ten days originally quoted—the office called to schedule the repair the same day. Gabriel handled the installation and repair work, and his professionalism matched that of his colleague. He was technically proficient, patient, and polite, and he took several hours to complete the job properly due to the age and configuration of the furnace. He documented the work with videos, showed us the failed components, and offered helpful educational tips about the system’s operation and maintenance. When he finished, the workspace was clean, and the final cost was very fair for the scope of work performed. In a time when genuine customer service can be hard to find, EA Heating & Cooling stands out for its skilled technicians, clear communication, and sincere care for its customers. I left my previous HVAC company after more than a decade and took a chance on EA. It was a great experience from the moment they arrived. My tech was Emmanuel and he was friendly, professional, and on time. I had a preventative maintenance service done, and it was clean and quick. He explained what he was doing and documented it for my records. The price was very reasonable….I’ll be switching over to them and looking into their other services. Great job guys!
Excellent experience with EA Heating and Cooling. Everyone I spoke with on the phone was attentive to our needs, nice and polite. The technician (Gabriel) showed up on time and was very courteous and respectful. He was very knowledgeable and did great work servicing and inspecting the AC unit. I would definitely recommend EA Heating and Cooling over any other company in El Paso and Las Cruces area. By far the best AC company we've had the pleasure of working with.
Definitely would recommend. Had an issue with AC freezing constantly. Gabriel and Mike were phenomenal. They both looked into every possible issue and made recommendations/ fixes based off of what was found. They even called and offered to come sooner than scheduled when the opportunity arose to help out. Both were very professional and friendly hard working guys. Now I can enjoy the AC again in this heat! Thank you!
Gabriel was great in providing services to my a/c unit. He took before and after pictures. He cleaned out the unit. He was very respectful and took his time taking care of everything before he left. He even offered to come back in the event I had any issues or concerns. He explained everything to me in detail and made the process very smooth. Thank you so very much!
