Came in the night after my cat passed away as they were keeping her there so I could say my goodbyes. (I was not home when she passed) Heard one or two of the workers ask who’s “(cats name)” and laugh right before I got to see my baby. I heard them through the door to the back. I saw It was a short chubby girl with curly hair or maybe the lady walking with her. Maybe let’s act more professional in a hospital and not laugh when asking about passed away animals. It was one of those oops laughs like (oops I didn’t realize I was talking about a dead cat teehee sorry). if you’re a medical professional you don’t laugh when discussing someone else’s passed one, right next to the patient to... As far as the actual person who came in with my kitty she was wonderful, definitely more qualified and professional. I forget her name she had blonde hair and was older with experience.
1/2/26 8pm as I pulled in the parking lot, I noticed only four cars too much my surprise when I walked in the lobby at two was empty. As I walked in the door, they greeted me and took me straight to the back to room six We’re only sat for a couple of minutes before a nice young lady walked in and greeted me. After some small talk, she said she will be back in a few minutes to assess my dog. Only about 10 Minutes past and the young lady returned once again, very polite, and well mannered she took my Chihuahua to the back to have the doctor to assess the problem she was gone about 10 minutes returned with the dog and said the doctor would be in shortly to discuss a plan for my dog. After waiting about 20 minutes, the young lady returned a third time explaining that they had a pet emergency and I would most likely have to wait about an hour. Since there were no chairs with cushions, everything in the lobby and the waiting Rooms were hard, wood Benches I was unable to set and such an uncomfortable bench that long, so I waited in my car. about 20 minutes later, they called me on my phone. I took my dog back inside where the young lady made me wait an additional 20 minutes to bring in all the medication and the estimate for the treatment for my dog. All in all I give a four star for only two reasons one the seating accommodations were ridiculous with benches and not cushion chairs. And most of all it gets a three store because I never got to speak directly with the doctor. I expected quite a long wait. So I was not bothered by having been there for two hours, but the seating and not meeting in doctor is why I gave it a three star
I called to make an appointment since I have had a feeling something was up with my dog's hips or back legs for the past few weeks. I told the receptionist I wanted a doctor best for someone who's paranoid about their dogs health and I was recommended Dr. Rosetti. To say Dr. Rosetti put my mind at ease would be an understatement. My dog got radiographs and I was finally given answers to what I had been worried about. He explained to me what had been going on this whole time, which was a genetic condition that no other doctor had caught. I was told what to expect in the future with treatments and symptoms which put my mind at ease. We are now monitoring his hip to get a better idea of the progression as well. This whole time my dog's inexplicable behavior was because he had been in pain. Dr. Rosetti prescribed him meds for when he is in pain so that he could continue being as active as he always is. My dog and I are very grateful to have found a doctor that works so diligently, as well as for the receptionist who knew exactly what I meant. The prices were also incredibly reasonable and straight forward! They take trupanion as well making it accessible for my dog to get the best care possible.
I love this animal hospital. I’ve only had wonderful experiences here with each of the doctors I’ve seen, the techs, and the front desk associates. I left another vet in the area for this one based on a recommendation from my sister. I’ve seen them for my dogs regular annual appointments, annual meds, a dental, a broken tooth with extraction, a back issue :( and some bladder stones. They have been great even when I’m in an emotional state. They really seem to care about their patients and take their time with us when we visit. I highly recommend this vet to anyone in the area. They are wonderful!
The best, See my other review. Dr Jackson is great she’s knowledgeable, friendly, and caring. She performed surgery on our Pug, and we couldn’t be happier, we drove 45 miles each way, and it was wonderful. Experience 10/10 Months for value 10/10 Staff 10
