The owners of this place are great humans. They are transparent, patient, and kind. Everytime I need something done with my vehicle they try and find the best possible solution. I recommend them to anyone who asks and will continue to come back as long as I live in Baltimore.
As so many others have said, Eastwood Body Shop is the place to go. I was recommended to go to Eastwood after I was rear ended. They made a traumatic and stressful situation feel extremely low stress. My car looks gorgeous, good as new, and it happened much quicker than I expected. I think the first question Louie asked me when I called is if I was ok. He and Ellen were great throughout the whole process, and I will definitely be using them moving forward. Cannot recommend them enough.
By far, one of the best customer service/car repair experiences I have ever had. The management team was extremely helpful in every way possible. I was in an accident and my car needed repairs. Before even choosing Eastwood Body shop for my repairs, the management office took the time to call the insurance company and rental car on my behalf to have the details sorted out. Once dropping off my vehicle, I had an unexpected week delay in picking up my car. I called the office to explain and was met with care and sympathy. They understood my situation and allowed my vehicle to remain on their lot for an extended period of time at no extra cost. While driving my car after the repairs, my vehicle feels stronger with an extremely smooth ride. Thank you to the Eastwood team for going above and beyond by making my stressful car accident so much easier. I highly recommend this body shop and will definitely be using this shop for all my car needs in the future!
