One of the best and smoothest processes anyone can go through, Alberto is the man! I handled everything with ease within a week (given the dmv timing) to get my license! Alberto and his team are efficient and highly professional (working with you to make sure your ready for the road). With other schools pushing things out, Easy driving & traffic school is always walk in friendly and quick to assist. I would recommend Easy driving & traffic school to anyone who needs their license.
Do not be deceived by the 5-star Google rating. This place is not what it seems. There are tons of red flags consumers should be aware of regarding this company. 1) When you call, they never answer the phone. In my attempts to gather information about this place the phone rang and rang and then the mailbox was full so I couldn’t leave a message. 2) The prices of the Road Test and Written Test are not listed on their website, ANYWHERE!! The cost isn’t disclosed until you book the appointment, arrive, and are basically forced to pay 130.00 for a road test or get no license . 3) When you book the appointment, the cost says, $0.00 HUGE RED FLAG! If it’s too good to be true, it probably is. 4) Inside the office, none of literature, brochures, advertisements are in English. Everything is either in Spanish, Portuguese, or Creole. This is a huge red flag for me because it appears they are targeting a certain demographic that may not be aware that all the same test can be taken for FREE at the DMV. You may have wait but it’s free. This review is a BUYER BEWARE. Please do all your research, call and ask lots of questions before using this company. ***Update** As you can see from the merchant's response, they did not deny any of my statements. But rather, made a futile attempt to refute my facts, research and personal experience. That should let you know something as a consumer what the truth is.
I loved it so much! They were very helpful and managed to schedule me on short notice. Instructors are very kind and made me feel comfortable even though I was nervous. They give many tips whilst driving and overall are very helpful. Would highly recommend to anyone.
