I had an issue with my garage door being knocked off track and not opening properly and gave Easy Lift Door Co. a call and they were able to get a technician out right away. Henry was the repairman that assisted us and he was absolutely great! He was friendly, and properly communicated what needed to be corrected to solve the problem and he was also efficient. I appreciated his help and felt relieved once everything was done. Highly recommend you give them a call if you need garage door help.
Jose was very professional. He was on time. He took the time to explain what was wrong with my garage door and how he would fix it. Jose had it completely done in 30 minutes. I will definitely call them back for maintenance or any repair needs.
Jose was very friendly and professional. He came to fix our garage door that was making loud noises when opening and closing. Now the door operates smoothly, and the remote even works from farther away. Great service!
I had a question about work that was done by a different garage door repair company, so I called and spoke to Sheyla, who had me text her a few photos. Knowing there was nothing in it for her or the company, she, and her manager, took the time to inspect the photos and answer my questions, as well as give me advice moving forward. Even when I apologized for taking up her time, Sheyla verbally shrugged it off, not hesitating to assist me, a random person on the phone, without any hope of a sale or attempt to encourage me to become a customer. I, for one, believe 100%, that if this is how they treat non-customers, I can’t imagine they ever leave a customer feeling less than enthusiastically satisfied. So if you read this Sheyla, thanks again :)
