We used this company to check and repair our walk-in coolers, dish machine, etc. Today they help us installed a new oven. Egor is always professional, he always takes the time to explain what is going on with the equipment and the necessary repair needed. I was having problems with my washing machine and called ECH to run diagnostics and get an estimate. I was contacted almost immediately, and my technician Nick was able to come the very next day. He quickly discovered the problem and quoted me a fair price. Parts were ordered and he came back to fix my washing machine within a few days. He was professional, kind, and efficient.
My washer broke and we were worried that we’d have to buy a new one. I called this company and Nick came out the same day. Nick quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired it. He didn’t try to upsell unnecessary services and I really appreciated the focus on just fixing what we needed. He kept everything clean, and was very nice. We will definitely call them again if there was another issue with any of our appliances.
Great experience overall! Their customer service is outstanding and very responsive. From our initial interaction until the end, the service has been superb. We did have a minor hiccup after the service was completed but they came out, same day, to get it addressed. Nick (tech) was punctual and awesome and my both ladies (Savanna and Tara/Sarah?) I spoke with were extremely professional. Highly recommend this company! Issue I had was with a clothes washer.
Extremely happy with the service and support from Egor and ECH. My coffee shop had a refrigerator down for 3 weeks and after back and forth with another vendor which went no where, ECH came through promptly once we got in touch with them. Ego came in and quickly diagnosed the issue with the temperature control panel as well as ran a spot check on the condenser as well. The service was all done in less than 45min and me and my team could not be happier! Definitely earned a new loyal customer with us!
