I was running a heater in my master bathroom and it melted my gfci and blew my whole 200 amp breaker on Saturday night. I found Echol’s electric’s number on google and to my surprise, Chris answered on a Saturday evening. He was very knowledgeable and sent out a tech on Monday to replace my electrical panel due to the fact that it was as old as my house. Ed Chambers showed up and he was extremely kind and caring. Ed even showed me how to properly replace receptacles and showed me quite a few tricks while he replaced the panel and he even installed a surge protector for added protection. I would definitely recommend this company because their service went above and beyond and prices are phenomenal for the work.
12/23 6:00pm came home after work to out of state company in for the holiday & no power in dining room, laundry room, outdoor entrance/garage lighting…I was in panic mode calling for assistance after my neighbor confirmed it was probably a broken breaker…I left a message with Chris at Echols Electric & Services (within minutes he called me back) I explained my situation & he asked me to take several pics of my breaker box & send them to him…after asking me to try a few things he confirmed that I indeed needed a new breaker…he said “Ed will be on his way to you soon!” Ed arrived and was so polite & courteous-he immediately identified the problem and went to work to fix it (with his own ladder, flashlight & equipment). He explained every step he was addressing and in between we talked family, holiday & the unfortunate bump in the road sometimes. He assured me that my situation was going to be fixed immediately! He was true to his word…all of my outdoor lights, laundry room & dining room (already table set for Christmas) lights were working… no mess no fuss - and such a sweet man to come out on 12/23 at night with smiles & a joyful attitude- I highly recommend their services.
Had an electrical short and Ed Chambers with Echols electrical was here within 30 minutes. He was kind, professional and efficient. He communicated each step of the way making us feel confident and comfortable. Well worth the cost of the emergency repair and now we have peace of mind knowing it was done right. 10/10 would absolutely recommend.
Ed came out and was an absolute pleasure to work with! He thoroughly explained what was going on with the electrical issue and made sure I fully understood the situation. He even went above and beyond by personally communicating with my electric company on my behalf. Talk about exceptional service! This was truly a 10/10 experience! He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. Highly recommend!
Excellent service! Ed came out less than an hour after I first called. Great communication about when to expect him and great communication about my issues. Repairs were made quickly and efficiently.
