Great service from the start! Cody called prior to discuss pricing and again before he and Chase arrived. Cody is courteous, knowledgeable and friendly! Cody was also training Chase and was great at giving points and tips to him. Very professional! Will use again as needed.
Spencer and Dalton did a great job. I woke up to a sewer issue in the basement this morning and called act right away. Spencer and Dalton showed up within 20 minutes from the phone call and they took care of it right away. I was so thankful. Very polite and took care with everything.
Everybody I talked to were very friendly and eager to please. Chaz showed up when he said he would , explained what he was going to do and then got started to work. He was very personable and professional. Chaz also gave me estimate for some other work I need to have done and based on how I was treated and the excellent work he did I will have them do my other work. I would HIGHLY recommend using ECK
Austin Pohl with Eck Services was great to work with, on time and did an excellent job at a great price. I needed to replace the siding behind the electrical meter box attached to my house. I had the siding prepped and ready to install clear up to the box. Austin hung around for 30 minutes to allow enough time to install the siding so as not to have to charge for a return trip later to reattach the meter box. Would definitely use again.
I had a very bad experience with Eck Services. They charged me around $6,000 for plumbing work, but the quality was extremely poor. When they tore into the concrete, they never poured it back smoothly it’s lumpy and uneven to this day. They also cut holes in my sheetrock and then told me it wasn’t their problem to fix. On top of that, the shower was installed incorrectly and still runs hot and cold in the opposite directions. To make matters worse, I was never given an invoice for the work. My electric, hvac, and plumbing totaled 12,000, I never understood how because the verbal prices given were different. I never signed a contact for any agreed upon price. Over a year after the job was supposedly completed, they put the charge on the financing account I had applied for, which caught me completely off guard. Overall, the workmanship, communication, and billing process were all unprofessional and left me very dissatisfied.
