Dominic was so kind and helpful to my elderly mother who needed her watches serviced. He didn't try to rush her even though she speaks a little more slowly nowadays. He took care of what she needed VERY well and treated her with such respect. Additionally, my husband has surprised me with some absolutely stunning and unique pieces from here, and they never disappoint! I'm so glad this jeweler that I know I can trust is basically in my backyard!
We were first-time, walk-in customers looking to get my watch band sized. Dominic was very informative and did great work! The guys there are welcoming to veterans.
I went to ED Mardhall Jewelry for the first time today. I went in for a battery for my watch. Dominic was the gentleman who took care of me. Not only did he put in a new battery in just minutes but he did not charge me. I was so surprised. I kept asking him what the charge was and he said no really nothing. Great customer service and I will definitely be back and will recommend to all my friend!! Thank you Dominic!! Judy
Dominic was super nice and helpful. He adjusted my watch in a few mere minutes and got it fitting perfect. He also showed me how the watch mechanisms worked a little which was super cool. 5 Stars.
