This place is amazing!! Boutique shop with very unique and fashionable items. Perfect spot for a new outfit, accessory or special gift. The ladies working here are genuine friendly and just a breath of fresh air! I love this shop. If you have not been, do yourself a favor and check it out.
Not happy made a purchase yesterday and realized when I got home I had something similar and decided to return the two outfits the following day only to be told you don’t accept returns and I can only do an in-store credit which I am not happy about since I was not informed at the time that you can’t do returns in the store. I was uninformed and it’s really not fair
This was a very strange experience. The woman was very aggressive with her follow through. Constantly checking in on us. It was way too much. Had to ask for space numerous times. They have a nice selection and some great pieces however a strange service experience.
Fell in love with the Lake Geneva location years ago and was super excited when a location opened in Milwaukee. I've been to the Milwaukee location several times but prefer the service and offerings at the Lake Geneva location as I feel they were more attentive to their customers. Upon a recent visit to the Milwaukee location I fell in love with a jacket that was not available in my size. I was pleasantly surprised to see that they offered the item in my size online and that I could pick up in store. I subsequently ordered the item and was called by the location that had the item to confirm which store I wanted to pick up at. Fast forward to when the item arrived....It sadly ended up being too big and I was informed by the sales associate that I was not able to get my money back, only an exchange for store credit. I am extremely disappointed that this is their policy as it is a true dis-service to their customers. No where in the online process or during my phone confirmation with the store was I told that they don't allow returns and that it's only exchanges for store credit. This should be disclosed to customers upon every purchase and not only found under the "exchange policy" tab at the bottom of your site.
Again cute little store with great products. The staff on the other hand not so friendly. I was referred by another merchant in the area to visit Edie as they have what I may be looking for. They treated and greeted everyone with a warm welcome but when we were browsing we were watched with little to nothing being said. I did buy something I paid by card and the cashier didn’t have the decency to hand me my card but slide it on the counter. I will not make assumptions but I will not return to this store based on the customer service I received. I even called and spoke to the manager she was very aloof to my opinion as it didn’t matter. It’s a shame I could have shopped there a lot. To support local businesses. This is one place that will not get my business sadly
