For over 20 years, I've been a huge fan of the work that Ann Dolin and her team have provided to students of all ages. These guys are really dedicated and are not just a tutoring shop. Ann and her team of coaches, educators, tutors, and learning specialists care deeply about their clients and collaborate with parents which, as a psychotherapist, I think is really important. Educational Connections is a great resource for learning about the latest trends in education and services for diverse learners.
Educational Connections has been the perfect tutoring service for me and my siblings. Every tutor I've had from Educational Connections has gone far and beyond to ensure not only my academic success, but also helped me find joy in learning. They've been instrumental in my growth as a student, and I'm very grateful for their services.
Educational Connections not only met my daughter's academic needs but made her feel confident and supported. She looks forward to her sessions because she knows that it is okay to be struggling and that she has an extremely competent and supportive tutor there by her side. Her different tutors have all been very flexible, ready to meet when her schedule sometimes became complicated. We will continue to work with Educational Connections in the future.
Education Connections has been instrumental in providing academic support for my son who struggles with ADHD. Having enrolled my son in various supplemental tutoring services in the past, I enrolled my son with EC as a last resort but at the same time a bit of hope that this might just be the right fit for my kiddo. Little did I know that this was going to be the game changer. My son was struggling and falling behind on his homework and having 1-on-1 support has helped him tremendously in getting caught up with work that he was lagging in but also in improving in his grades - he made tremendous improvements in his grades this semester. I would recommend Education Connections to any parent. My son's tutor has been patient in tutoring my son and has enabled him regain his confidence especially in course areas that he was previously hesitant to attempt. I'm grateful that my family gave EC a chance; the investment was worthwhile.
The team at Educational Connections is fantastic! We used them for both test prep and college selection/application advising. Both services were top notch, exceeded our expectations, and we definitely saw a great return on our investment. The test prep quickly uncovered where the gaps were in my son’s preparation, and focused on those specific areas. The result was 100 point increase in his SAT score. Having already done a lot of work on college selection, our college advisor validated our work, recommended a few additions, and then we spent the majority of the time working on the application, with a heavy focus on the essays. While we’re still waiting on the majority of the decisions, I can say that we were much more confident in his applications when he submitted them than we otherwise would have been without Educational Connection’s services. I highly recommend working with this team.
