Either Ore Jewelers designed a beautiful white gold ring for me with sapphires and diamonds from two older rings I hadn’t worn in years! It turned out beautifully!
I had several of my mother's diamonds and one of my grandmother's in different settings. I wanted to update their look & have them reset in a ring in the shape of a fleur-de-lis to honor my Louisiana upbringing. I had my mom's, dad's & grandmother's signatures engraved inside the band. Jess was amazing to work with! I'm so happy with how it turned out & I love it so much!!! I highly recommend Either Ore Jewelers Strawbridge!
I have been a customer at this location for many years, both purchasing jewelry and having items repaired. Recently, I visited to utilize my birthday coupon. As I stepped through the door, no more than three steps in, the lady abruptly asked if she could help me. I replied that I was merely browsing at that moment. Moments later, a man entered the store, and she greeted him with a friendly, 'Hi, how are you? Can I help you today?' It seemed I was not afforded the same courtesy. Furthermore, upon discovering that an item I had seen on their website was not available in-store, I asked about the possibility of ordering it online. She informed me that I could place an order online and collect it in the store. I was taken aback that she did not offer to place the order for me while I was present. As I mentioned, I have been a loyal customer for many years, having acquired numerous pieces of jewelry from this store, with my husband and son also purchasing items for me. This was the first occasion I left feeling as though I may not have been worthy of their attention. In a time when brick and mortar jewelry stores are starting to become a thing of the past, I would think that selectively choosing which customers to be helpful and friendly to would not be an option. Customer lost.
Holly at Either Ore Jewelers was most helpful in assisting my elderly mother to chose the perfect chain and pendant for her granddaughter’s birthday. Holly was very patient and even ordered the color pendant of my mother’s choice from the catalog when the exact color my mother wanted for the style she chose was not available at the time in the store. The store has lovely jewelry and gift wrapped for free. They have the most kind staff too!
I was recommended by friends to meet with Jess, the custom designer at Either Ore, after recently losing the emerald from my engagement ring. I was interested in designing a new ring with a more modern setting, so she helped me create this beautiful bezel set, matte gold ring using a new emerald with my original diamonds. Jess is so talented and made it an easy, fun experience. Everyone at Either Ore Strawbridge is so friendly and I look forward to my next visit to see them!
