This place truly felt like dining in Japan. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere, attention to detail, and overall experience made us feel as if we were visiting a restaurant in Japan. The food was beautifully prepared with clean, well-balanced flavors, and everything tasted fresh and authentic. You can really tell that a lot of care goes into both the dishes and the service. If you’re looking for an authentic Japanese dining experience, this is a must-visit. Easily one of the best Japanese meals I’ve had outside of Japan.
Absolutely delicious food and good service. The interiors of the restaurant is such a calming vibe on a Sunday Afternoon. Plenty of free parking spaces around. We ordered the miso butter salmon, chicken karaage, hot udon and cold matcha soba. Highly recommended, would come back again.
Went to this place for lunch on a Sun. Place got busy, but there were still tables free. The food was good. We got a Teriyaki Chicken Donburi (23 dollars), a Teriyaki Beef Steak Donburi (25), a Chicken Karaage (16) and a bowl of plain Udon noodles for 12 dollars. A pot of hot green tea/rice tea was 7.50 I think. The place was spacious, not too many tables in the restaurant. Not too difficult to find free parking
You can tell whether a Japanese restaurant is authentic by how they cook their rice. The rice here was perfectly cooked—sticky and glossy just the way it should be. The chicken was moist and tender, with crispy grilled edges. The food was absolutely satisfying. However, the staff were very unfriendly. When I first walked in, she barely greeted me. I asked if there was Wi-Fi available, and she said there should be a network called “ekiben guest.” When I asked for the password, she just said she didn’t know. If she don’t know, shouldn’t she at least ask someone else or let customers know it’s not available? It was a really disappointing experience. Such a shame, because the food was excellent. Addition, no drink water served.
Great meal, although I will say it is more on the expensive side for what you get. Food was well balanced, wished there were more side dishes that came with the bento sets. Pleasant environment, staff were extremely friendly with recommendations to food and drinks, and were especially helpful accommodating our big group. Although a little confused with the plastic containers that were used to serve the meal, usually when paying a meal with $25+ you’d expect real bento boxes but I’m just being picky. Overall great place, would come again
